The farm specializes in raising grass-fed beef and growing spray-free Gippsland garlic, offering high-quality Australian produce. Their project focuses on regenerating 150 acres of West Gippsland pasture and bushland, a journey that both inspires and challenges them. Green Hills Farm also serves as a platform for sharing their experiences and passion for sustainable country living. In cahoots with Gippsland's young gun winemakers, they're producing limited-release batches of blushingly beautiful, wine-infused garlic salt.
