Tambo Valley Honey

Tambo Valley Honey, located in Bruthen, East Gippsland, is a family-run business producing 100% pure Australian honey. Founded by Ben and Stacey Murphy in 2018, the company manages over 1,000 hives across the region. Ben, who transitioned from a career in butchery, apprenticed under third-generation beekeeper Ian Cane before taking over the business. The Murphys offer a range of mono-floral honeys, including varieties like Red Stringybark, Yellow Box, and Banksia, all harvested using sustainable practices.
