    The Biscuit Shop in Boolarra is proudly owned by Lisa and Glenn Dunn. Lisa, a lifelong resident of the Latrobe Valley, and Glenn, who moved to the region in 2001, bring their passion for quality baking to this beloved local establishment. Glenn has over 15 years of experience as a chef, ensuring that The Biscuit Shop continues to offer delicious handmade yo-yo biscuits, available in flavours like Nutella, choc-mint, and Jaffa, along with other treats like Neenish tarts, caramel tarts, and gluten-free Florentines.

    The Dunns are dedicated to maintaining the high standards of the shop while fostering a strong connection to the local community. They also have a young daughter, and as a family, they’re committed to continuing the legacy of excellence and homemade goodness that customers have come to love.
